The box is made of low thermal resistance wallboard made of color sealing steel plate and high sealing profile frame. The frame is an aluminum alloy new profile skeleton; the panel is made of polyurethane foam, and its thermal conductivity is: =0.022w/m.. High density polyethylene panels or glass wool panels can also be used. The structure is rust proof and corrosion resistant, beautiful and durable, and the air leakage rate of the box is small.
The fan adopts a low noise and high efficiency external rotor centrifugal fan, and the fan is corrected by the precision dynamic balance to ensure the smooth operation of the unit, which has the characteristics of low noise and high full pressure.
The main body of the surface cooler adopts high quality seamless copper tube and high purity aluminum foil. After the advanced mechanical or hydraulic pipe process, it is tightly integrated through 2.8MPa pressure seal leak test. The performance meets the ARI standard of the United States and ensures the superior performance and reliable quality of the product.
The well designed condensate tray and extra thick lining insulation material ensure that the unit does not dew under drier conditions. The condensate tray is slightly inclined to install, which is conducive to condensate discharge. At the same time, according to the non full flow state, the discharge capacity of the condensate pipe is more than 5 times that of the unit when it runs normally. The timely discharge of condensate reduces the "touch water" time of the condensate plate, which is beneficial to reduce the corrosion of the condensate disc and avoid the bacteria of the condensate disk to grow and ensure the indoor air quality.
The special plate filter specially designed by air filter can be easily extracted from the left and right side of the unit, so it is especially suitable for the maintenance and cleaning of the compact space. The filter material can be made of nylon bump net or non-woven fabric.
