The structure of the combined wind valve consists of four parts: the galvanized channel steel bottom frame, the single type wind valve, the actuator and the transmission mechanism. The actuator drives the valve plate in the range of 0 to 90 degrees through the linkage mechanism, and the combined wind valve is composed of a number of single column valves with the bottom frame of the channel steel. Each single row air valve is equipped with a plurality of single small valves.
The assembled air valve has been assembled and debugged before leaving the factory. Dismantled transportation takes the single valve as the smallest unit. Generally, the length is 3m to 5m, the width is 1m to 2m, and the weight is about 70kg to 80kg per square meter, so each single row small valve weighs about 210kg to 800kg, and the valve is thick 0.28M. Because of its high cost of unit area, small valve weight and large geometric size, it occupies an important position in the subway control specialty and requires high construction quality.

1. Determination of the order size of combined wind valve
The size of the combined wind valve must be determined according to the reserved size of the site, and the normal program is to be measured at the site with a supporting platform to the site, and each side is 2cm to 3cm. 1) before deciding the size, the location of the wind valve actuator should be discussed with the electrical professional.
2) the determination of the size of the supine valve: usually, the position of the locale valve is the hoisting hole of the civil construction, and there is no masonry supporting platform, which brings some difficulty to the order. Therefore, this part should be actively communicated with the civil construction unit to determine the size of their platform (this part will be installed before the train line, and the combined wind valve has a certain production week. " If the civil construction units do the reorder after the support platform, it will affect the operation of the subway. In the civil construction, the size must be checked to avoid the deviation between the combined wind valve and the retaining interface of the civil construction, which will affect the installation of the wind valve in the future.
3) determine the size of the vertical valve: it is best to determine the size of the civil construction column before ordering it.
The size of the vertical valve in front of the a.TVF fan is determined because the connection sequence is connected by the fan first and the structure shell muffler, then the muffler is connected with a short pipe, and the short pipe is connected to the vertical valve. The size of the construction column depends on the flanges of the short pipe flanges and the mufflers are internal or external. After determining the size of the structural column, the size of this part of the air valve is also determined.
The size of the front valve of the b.UOF fan is determined. It is necessary to communicate the size of their repair door with the decoration unit first, and the size of the wind valve can be determined after the site is empty. (sometimes the part of the decoration unit is also made of the structure column, the order size must be adjusted accordingly).
The remaining vertical valve of C. does not connect with the equipment. It needs to be determined by field measurement. Some are just the structure columns on both sides of the field. It does not need a structure column. This part can be ordered after measuring the size of the completion column. The difficulty is this part of the vertical valve with the TVF fan, which is difficult to determine because of the influence of elevation and width. First, under the premise of mastering the field size, the structure column is reasonably arranged after the distance of the repair door is deducted. In order to save space, two groups of wind valves may be shared. The construction column may also need to cancel the construction column by the vertical valve of the fan side, instead of the channel steel. After determining the size of the structural column, the size of the vertical valve can be determined.
4) to balance the position of the pipe installation with the electrical and pipeline specialty after determining the good size and the height of the installation, so as to avoid the installation position of the other professional pipe valve before the installation of the combined wind valve, which causes the wind valve to be unable to install and other professional rework.

Each group of wind valves in the determination of the size, a separate number and the position of the installation corresponding, to avoid the combination of the wind valve in the process and transport during the process of confusion, resulting in the failure to assemble. 2. Field installation of combined wind valve

A. bottom frame assembly. The bottom frame part is connected by a number of small frames. B. single wind valve installation. When single wind valves are assembled, they should be numbered.
The installation of the single wind valve should be carried out according to the perforation chart of the transmission support position provided by the technical document of the equipment. First, the inner Tibetan limit support is added to the connection of the support points and the wind valve and the base frame is connected with the bottom frame.
The inner support is installed in the middle position of the left and right channel steel and fastened in the middle channel steel with M6 x 12 screw. The bolt tightening between the inner support and the bottom frame is tightened, and the joints are installed in the position shown in the transmission; the limit block is also installed between the left and right channel steel, and the supporting plate can be installed first, and the support plate can be installed with the screw. Combined with channel steel and limit block, and then installed on the other side of a single wind valve, and then on the other side of the support plate. Finally, the shaft and rocker arm are installed to adjust the tightness of the screw so that the shaft is flexibly rotated, and the individual can not be rotated flexibly, and the hole of the two supporting plate can be twisted with a cutter. The shaft is worn and turned flexibly.
After installing the inner braces and the limit blocks, you can tighten all the bottom frame bolts. The nut and pressure plate should be installed on the single air valve without tightening. After adjusting the hole, use the small round steel to adjust it and finally tighten it. If the nut pressure plate is too long, it is not easy to install between the two body channel steel during installation, and it can be installed at the scene according to actual truncation.
The fixing and limiting of the wind valve depends on the anchor bolt of the wind valve, and the anchor bolt of the wind valve is fixed in two ways: the ground bolt is first welded with the bottom frame on the ground and then installed in position; or the foot bolt is pre loaded on the side of the hole, and the foot bolt is pre loaded at the bottom or in the upper side. The integral air valve is lifted to the two bolts near the horizontal and vertical sides for welding. In addition, the anchor bolts with two sides shall be welded tightly to the bottom frame and fixed with expansion bolts.

The supine valve is best to assemble and then weld the anchor bolt (Note: the long and short side of the single wind valve should be fixed with at least two anchor bolts, and the spacing between the anchor bolts is 1.2m to 1.5m, and it is set evenly).
Assembled air valve assembly requirements: the combined air valve is composed of multiple single row wind valves. The bottom frame of single row of channel steel is connected by bolts of M30 * 30. When connecting, the two columns should be fitted with two coupling shafts and a connecting shaft with connecting pieces. The valve body installation, either horizontal or vertical, is on the side of the single small valve, with 9 holes (including 9 holes) connected in fourth holes, 10 holes (including 10 holes) in sixth holes.
The angle of the connecting piece installation: when the blade of the wind valve is completely closed, the connecting piece is installed with a downward angle of 45 degrees. When the blade of the wind valve is fully opened, the connecting piece is installed with an angle of up to 45 degrees. After each two sets of air valves are assembled, the connecting piece is moved by hand, and the small valves are flexible in operation. The bolts of the channel steel can be all tightened at this time.
After the single wind valve is all installed and fastened, the electric actuator can be installed, the actuator has two types of installation, one is the horizontal installation form of the wind valve and the other is the vertical vertical installation of the wind valve.
C. transmission mechanism is installed and debugged. According to the equipment specification, the cover plate is covered with the fixed joint of the fixed wind valve, and the drill hole is fixed to the dead by the pull rivet, and the blade is fixed on the full open position with the fixed blade fixture, and then the connecting points, the lower pull rod, the small rocker arm, the double rocker arm, the torsion shaft, the ten thousand joint and the coupling and other transmission parts are installed in turn. After the installation is completed, the final inspection of the screws, pins and rivets in each connection is reliable. Finally, the single machine can be debugged.
D. runs. The electricity is sent by the electrical professional and operated in the hand box. Start the air valve, check whether the action of the valve plate is consistent with the opening indicator light, check whether there is abnormal noise when the valve plate is running. Close the valve and check whether the valve motion is consistent with the closing light; there is no deformation between the valve and the valve body; if all is normal, the 10 opening and closing movements are carried out in the 1H, and the limit switch set on the electric actuator is adjusted in the full open and close position of the valve piece. After the operation is completed, the field operation is switched to the control room.
3) safety technical measures. Before installation, all the construction personnel are required to enter the field of three levels of education. The professional constructors require all the construction personnel to carry out written technology and safety disclosure. Improve the safety consciousness of the builders' self protection.
Because the horizontal combination wind valve has larger reserved holes and higher height from the platform, the construction technicians must be required to protect the reserved holes.
The combined wind valve has large weight and large volume, so it is required that the builders check the hoisting rope carefully before construction, which requires the builders to wear safety belts and buckle the cap buckle.

The adjustment and maintenance of the 3 and late wind valves
After the wind valve is installed, the single machine debugging is carried out, including whether the opening of the wind valve is 90 degrees, the closure is strict, the operation of the actuator is normal, and so on.
Installation of horizontal wind valve, because other construction units may have construction tasks, just above the wind valve, the builders do not know the danger, on the top of the platform, some people even on the above, not only cause the destruction of the wind valve blade, but also may have safety accidents, so the wind valve above the protection is very dangerous. It's dangerous. In addition, the train has already started hot slide debugging. Once something or people fall down, it will cause train damage, and the result is hard to imagine.
So it is necessary to put warning signs in the eye - catching position, and set up a protection platform on the valve body, which can not only allow other construction units to work, but also reduce the safety accidents and the damage to the blade of the wind valve.
