The spherical nozzle is mainly used in the environment where the air inlet of the air-conditioner is larger than the range of people's activities.
Introduction of spherical nozzle
When the public places are such as various halls and assembly workshops and so on, when the area is large, the air can not be delivered evenly or without the effect by the ceiling air vent. In this case, the air supply will be installed on the side of the nozzle. When the temperature difference between air supply and room temperature keeps changing, the air flow will shift upward (hot air) or downward (cold wind). The direction of air supply may also be interfered by external factors, such as partial airflow or transverse airflow. The spherical nozzle is designed to be rotatable. The direction of the air supply can be adjusted manually. It can be swung through the actuator in the range of positive and negative 30 degrees, and the pneumatic or electric actuator can be provided according to the needs. Specifications and sizes can be selected from 100~630 and other sizes.
Spherical nozzle classification
Spherical nozzle can be divided into pneumatic or electric control system. Due to the optimum design of the aerodynamics nozzle structure, the ideal noise control is achieved, and its high quality shape design can be used in the concert hall, theater, museum and other advanced places.
Ordinary switch type: add 6 sets of aluminum alloy blades, adjust the air volume by manually adjusting the blades.
Electric actuator type: 220V electric control vane to adjust the air volume.
Temperature control type (temperature sensitive type): temperature sensing ball type remote nozzle neck equipped with a warm sense actuator, can automatically detect the air temperature, and automatically drive the inner nozzle to change the air supply angle. When the summer air supply temperature is less than 17 degrees, the gas flow of the nozzle is horizontal blowing. When the winter supply temperature is greater than or equal to 27 degrees, the outlet air flow is blown downward. It can meet the air supply requirements under different conditions in winter and summer.  The temperature sensitive actuator does not need artificial or power supply and electrical control equipment. It has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, stable performance, easy installation and maintenance free.

Product installation method
It can be installed on the side wall of a square or round pipe. It can be fixed with bolts or rivets. When directly connected to the circular pipe, the pipe with a tube section can be selected, and the diameter of the nozzle is in line with the diameter of the pipe.
